THE VILLA MAYA
The Villa Maya is our largest standard design, with a living area of 283 Sqm. All bedrooms are en-suite with a large walk-in closet area & terrace access for the master bedroom. Bedroom 2 & 3 both have terrace access also as well as en-suite bathrooms. The living area is open plan giving a great space for relaxing & entertaining.

A large covered terrace of 55 Sqm provides ample protection from the rain. All our standard features are included in this villa design. Please note that these images are taken from our original Villa Maya show villa on Mali Residence. We have started construction on our new Villa Maya show villa and it will be ready in December 2019.
