If you are looking for a beautiful destination to stay or have a holiday in Thailand, here is the perfect option for you and your family. Because Hua Hin is known to be one of the safest cities for foreign tourists to stay, with its sweeping beaches and natural mountain views all part of the variety of the city’s culture, historical heritage sites, natural beauty, artistic tours and delicious food will surely make you fall in love with this lovely city. People are kind and speak very good English so you don’t have to worry about communicating with them when you need advice. That sounds good, right?
Let’s take you on a journey and see what Hua Hin has to offer!
There are so many wonderful restaurants to enjoy the delicious local foods or sit and relax enjoying a cold drink in the refreshing cool sea breeze, along with the best attractions and national parks to treat yourself to a once in a lifetime adventures. So, put your sunglasses on and come along, Hua Hin never disappoints.
**Be sure to pack your shorts and flip flops, as the climate is HOT throughout the year!!
Hire a bike for the day!
With so many things to see, it’s great fun to scoot around in the sunshine on a bike, there’s no better way that’s easier to find parking and ride around the town than a bike tour. You can pick a number of routes to start a journey depending on what you want to see. A shorter route we recommended is from Dolphin Bay to Khao Kalok. It takes in gorgeous views of the ocean as you cruise along the beachside roads, making the occasional detours through traditional fishing villages, taking in three scenic bays and beautiful temples on your journey throughout Hua Hin. And don’t forget to visit Wat Tham Khao Tao which is a very beautiful view at the top of the mountain, there’s not only a large statue of Buddha but also breathtaking views of the ocean and the fishing villages below.
But if you’re not an experienced rider or cautious when it comes to Thai roads, there’s no need to worry; you’re always tailed by a support van that will provide help should you need it.
After a long long day, there’s no better way to recuperate your strength than to laze on a beach. Hua Hin is known for its gorgeous beaches. If you’re the beach lover, you may want to check out Khao Takiab or Suan Son Pradiphat, both of which tend to be far more peaceful and relaxing. Cha Am is also a quiet beach, and home to the Mrigadayavan Palace, the beautiful seaside palace of Thailand’s King Rama VI that’s open to the public.
When the sun goes down and the appetite rises, it’s time to relax and go out to the night markets (also known as Cicada Market or night market in the center). Like most Thai night markets, it’s a lively affair with a huge selection of your favorite Thai dishes. It’s also an ideal place for shopping, with an array of hand-carved handicrafts and trinkets on offer. Lining the market are several bars, where one can enjoy a range of drinks. You will love it!
